Achiever of the Year Award – 2009” from radio Pembrokeshire, for all her sterling efforts in achieving qualifications in IT (Computer skills). The presentation was made at the Plas Huffryd Hotel Narberth. Gwen who is partially sighted was thrilled with her achievement as was all the members in the morning Rehab: Group who were in fact ecstatic over her accomplishment, and felt so proud of her sterling efforts. The question is now, should the retiring age be increased, as it is obvious there is still a lot of skills left in us “golden oldies”. Well-done Gwen.

Irene our Cardiac Nursing Specialist had her time cut out processing more new cardiac patients to our numbers and making upgrading assessments of harden “Rehabbers” in the wonderful progress they are making.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery to better health to one of the afternoon Group members Fritz Neumann, who is currently not enjoying the best of health. Our thoughts are with you Fritz
